Default Partner Changed My Passwords, and More

    In Texas...

My business partner just made the following moves:

    • Changed my passwords to multiple accounts on a website that we created and admitted to doing so saying "Im glad I did"
    • Disabled 2 live company websites.
    • Violated a contract with an advertising partner.
    • Restricted my access to intellectual property that we both created.

An attorney friend mentioned an injunction as a possible path.
Should I file a police report for the stolen IP?
Where does changing someone's passwords sit, and what options may be available to me there?

    Thanks for your thoughtful feedback.

This is your business partner, so how is it that this is your IP as opposed to that of the business?

You have a lawyer advising you, so it makes sense for you to follow your lawyer's advice.
