Default Phone Contact for Out of State Child

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Michigan. My child was taken out of state by her mother. I tried to fight it but lost and was only able to get jurisdiction in Michigan but they allowed her to take my child to Mississippi to live with some guy she met on the internet. I have visitation rights - part of the summer, every other holiday and reasonable phone contact. My child is 4 and now her mother's phone is shut off or she got a new number. What can I do to establish phone contact with my child. Is she responsible to provide me with a phone number to reach my child? Is her mother allowed to always have our call on speaker phone when we talk?
