Default Shared Travel Time and Expenses

State of New Jersey ok in my original custody agreement my ex had to meet me half way in the transportation of my child for visits after a few modifications and a different judge it was ordered that I have to do 100% of the traveling and after a year of doing so the burden of this was putting wear and tear on my vehicle and spending 2 hours of my visitation just in transporting my child back to his mother has become overwhelming so I put in a motion to change this and went back to the same judge that ordered I do so and I told him that both the extra time and expenses of all the travel were putting a burden on me he pretty much told me to get over it and that it "wasn't his problem" and denied my motion so my question is should/could I appeal this and what are my chances of this getting over turned by a higher court

Unless that Judge made an error in the law, you have no grounds to appeal.

You can't appeal just because you didn't like the outcome.

well the thing I'm wondering about is the mediator and two other judges in my case said she had to share in the time and expense in the transportation of my child and was that way until I got in front of this judge why is that?

    OK.

What changed between the original agreement, where you were each doing 50/50, and you going in front of a judge again at which point you were ordered to provide 100%?

    Did you move further away?

Nothing has changed since the original agreement I still live in the same location I lived in when we split we seen a mediator and came to an agreement on visitation before child support was ordered ( she then told the mediator that she shouldn't have to provide any transportation of the child because I'm the one that left her mediator said thats not the way it works) then I went to the child support hearing and asked for a DNA test (which didn't make her happy) which I was found to be the father and was ordered to pay support which I have no problem with and gladly do every month on time but anyways I went a total of about two months with normal visitation and 50/50 transportation untill she decided she wasn't happy with everything and pulled me into court first to try to get my visitation suspended that judge didn't buy it and denied her request after that she still wasn't happy and requested to have me provide 100% of the transportation that judge denied it went about three more months with my normal visitation and 50/50 transportation then she again went into court and tried to get the transportation changed this is where I ran into the problem judge that granted her request and he said "you're the man you should be providing all of the transportation" and for about a year I sucked it up and did about 150 miles of driving every weekend until about a month and half ago I put in a motion to get it changed and just this week I went right back in front of the same problem judge told him about my current economic situation he pretty much told me he didn't want to hear it and that it "wasn't his problem" and denied my motion.. now this has gone from my ex being spiteful going into court every few months trying to get her way to a corrupt, incompetent, judge whose opinions and judgment comes straight out of the 50's a judge that has been on the bench way too long and has no place in the family court system.. I mean if I can't appeal this there has to be something I can do file a complaint?? or something because this judge with his out of date opinions and views doesn't belong in the court system

or a way I can request to see a different judge??
