Question Canadian Overstaying in the USA (Passport Not Stamped)

A Canadian overstay for 2 months in the USA. His passeport wasn't stamp when he entered by bus. Came here as a visitor.
What is the worst that can happen ? Can future access be denied ?

    He can be deported.

Can future access be denied ?
Yup. Access can ALWAYS be denied, for whatever reason the border agent feels is sufficient, even if you've never overstayed.
