    Default Old Medical Bills

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Virginia

I am trying to find out how to handle medical bills that are showing on my credit report. These medical bills are between 8 and 13 years old. I have contacted to facility to whom they are owed as well as three collection agencies they asked me to call and none of the agencies seem to have these bills. The facility informed me they would accept payment only if paid in full. I have been trying to figure this out since Nov 2009 when I was informed these were showing on the report. The person they tell me to talk to at the facility has not been returning my calls and I get voice-mail each time I call.

Any information on how to proceed to try to get thing taken care of and or removed from my credit report?

If you have information on your credit report that you don't believe should be reported, challenge the entries with the credit reporting agencies involved.
