Default Indiana Statute of Limitations for Statutory Rape

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Indiana
I was seduced by a 24yr old man when I was 13yrs old. I became pregnant with my now 16yr old daughter at 14yrs old. Is it too late for me to prosecute him after all these years?

It's not statutory rape - it'll be considered a sexual assault on a minor since you were under 16 at the time and he was over 21 (a Class A Felony in Indiana has no statute of limitations). It's not too late for you to report to police. Actual criminal charges will be up to the DAs office. If you continued a relationship with him into adulthood, odds of charges being brought drop drastically.

After he found out that I was pregnant he left me alone! Do I just go into my local police station and file a report of sexual assault on a minor?

I would go to the police, specifically the person or section, depending on the size of the department, that handles sexual assult. Don't just talk to any patrol officer. If you don't get a proper response, go to the DA/State Attorney directly.

A 13 is a child. You were not responsible. Regardless of the continuing relationship, though you will have problems pursuing this because of that, you were used and manipulated by a sexual predator. It could be an older person, someone in a position of authority, someone the child is dependent on, or whatever, it is all manipulation, it is a power relationship. Once you are sucked into a relationship like that, you are usually trapped until the predator tires of you or outside forces separate you.

It isn't just about you. This sexual predator is not going to stop his behavior. Other children are at risk. This creep should be put away.

You should also take legal action to force him to pay child support if you have not already. You should have done that a long time ago.
