Default Civil Compromise vs Future Civil Suit

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Arizona. I have a question about being sued at a later date by the injured party. Is it possible for the injured person to sue me after they have signed a Civil Compromise (and received a settlement for damages & medical)?

It depends. If they settle for their economic losses while leaving open the personal injury claim, then they can pursue the injury claim. If they sign a release of all claims in association with the settlement, then they can no longer sue.
