Default Getting a Speeding Ticket Deferral in Parkland, Washington

I got a speeding ticket for doing 62 I believe in a 40zone, I dont think I was going that fast, I was passing someone and it was 4 am the cop didnt have his cop lights on and sped up on me so I sped up to get out of the way as he came up fast and then he turned his lights on.
I was hoping to get a deferal and its my first ticket ever.

Any ideas how to write it? The ticket was 220 I believe.

    Thank you!

Hmmm... A deferred finding may be an option. Depending entirely on the judge, though.

    However, I recommend contesting.
