Default Maximum Time Between Appeal and Hearing

I am in Pennsylvania. I have filed for an appeal on denial of benefits. I sent the appeal in and finally heard back that they received it. Three weeks later. They are busy in Pa.
No notice yet as to when the appeal will be heard. They received notice on March 17.
It's been five weeks since i requested the hearing.

Is there a maximum time limit the State has to hold the appeal hearing?
