    Default Judgement - No Assets

What happens to my 22 year old son, if a judgement for CC debts in NY, is entered against him, and he has no job, bank account, and owns no assets or any possessions?

Legally, what can the courts/lawyers do or try to get out of him?

    Thanks,

Default Re: Judgement - No Assets

the creditor waits until he does have assets.

The judgment is good for 10 years. Some states it is renewable. I don't know if New York's is renewable. interest rate of 8%
