    Angry Bank Garnishment

I live in PA, and about a year ago I made a payment arrangement with an attorney for a repossession. I paid my two hundred a month, but then i couldnt afford it so I sent fifty, and they cashed my checks I was sending. Today they froze my account, left my husband and I what was required by law. They took the rest. Is it legal for them to do this since they were accepting my fifty dollar payments? Is there anything I can do?

Yes. Your arrangement was for $200. Accepting partial payment does not preclude them from taking action on your breach of the agreement.
