    Default Changing Temporary Orders

My STBX filed a motion to change everything on the temporary order. The original temporary order was issued June 2009.

Now, he has filed a motion to change child custody, he wants primary physical custody, he does not want to pay child support, he wants me to pay 100% of all the bills until the divorce is done, and he wants me to pay all attorney fees.

There has been no change in status for his income, and I have had primary custody of child, age 21 months, since seperation, which is now almost 1 year.

My question is, would a commisioner change custody and order me to pay all the bills just because he is requesting it?

    Additional Information:

My sister assaulted me at my house in September 2009. She was arrested and charged with assault. Is this a sustanial reason to change custody? I was the victim, no charges were filed against me.
