Default Possible Charges for Helping a Missing Teen

In Georgia, if a teenager has gone missing and the police suspect she's a runaway, what charges (if any) could be brought against someone who has information on the missing girl but doesn't share it with police when they ask? Contributing to the delinquency? Interfering in a police investigation?

    Thanks.

Default Re: Missing Teen, Possible Charges (Ga)

    For starters:

Conspiracy to commit (16-4-8), Interference with custody (16-5-45), Obstruction (multiple possibilities 16-10), Contributing to the delinquency of a minor (16-12-1).

Each are misdemeanors of varying degrees, meaning EACH carries the possibility of up to a year in jail if convicted.
