I have a question, I was stupid, and committed a crime of an Misdemeador A, however am wondering how badly this could affect background checks for employment. If an employer sees an Unauthorized use of a credit card, would that eliminate me completely for the employment? I'm wondering if theres other ways to use unauthorized of a credit card instead of theft? I had the identity theft charge dropped, which is a Felony so that is a great thing. Would employers act quickly on this misdemeador ?
