Default Work Visa, I-130 Previously Filed

I'm a US citizen who filed an I-130 last year for my sister and so far I have only received the NOA1.

However, last week she was notified that she will be transferred to the Texas facility (she's currently in Mexico) and the company will sponsor her a work visa.

Will she be affected by the fact that she has a petition in process? Should I cancel her I-130??

Any advice will be greatly appreciate it...

Are we talking about a H-1B?

    Thanks for your reply...

No, it looks like she will be getting a L-1 visa
