    Default Wage Garnishment

My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: FL

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but here goes.

Lets say you have a judgement for credit card debt. And the wage garnishment limitation is 25% of disposable income, or basically 25% of your paycheck after taxes.

Is it not possible to increase your federal income tax deduction through your W4 form, to decrease the amount that you are being garnished up front?
