    Default Expunging a First Offense

    Good Morning,
I was convicted of a Missouri Class C Misdemeanor Stealing offense. My sentence was suspended imposition of sentence. I simply had to pay restitution.

The conviction was three years ago.

I have never been arrested, convicted, or in trouble with the law except for this crime.
My goal is to get this conviction expunged and/or sealed.

I'm still a novice with respect to this issue.
Any suggestions are sincerely appreciated and respected.
    Take Care, Mark

    Default Expungement Law

Expungement laws vary by state, so the availability of expungement depends upon the laws of the state where you were convicted.

I was convicted in Missouri. I haven't found any substantive information regarding this issue.
Thank you very much for your response. MARK
