Default Ownership Of Alterations To Leased Property

I Have Recently Established A Small Business And Have Made Some Alterations To The Property With The Consent Of The Owner, We Have Also Agreed In The Contract That Upon Termination Of It All Improvements To The Property Shall Belong To The Owner. Im Just Wondering Is The Glass Wall And The Glass Door Also Part Of This Alterations Cause Im Hoping I Could Remove It And Use It In My Other Store. I Was Also Informed By The Next Occupant Or Lesee That They Will Be No Longer Needing It. But The Lessor Doesnt Want Me To Take It. Can I Take Even Just The Glass Door, Is It Included In Alterations? Pls... Experts Help!!!

Default Re: Alteration To Leased Property

If it is a fixture, it would normally go to the landlord.

Is there any reason you can't "remodel" your store before the lease ends, such that you remove the glass door and wall as part of the remodeling such that they aren't there when the lease terminates? Check your lease carefully.
