Caught with Public Intoxication and 3 Valium

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

Recently a cop spotted me walking out of the woods "stumbling" across the street, and walking through a parking lot of a warehouse when i was stopped. Basically, i was drunk and stoned, and had possesion of 3 valium, I was searched, the drugs were found, and i was brought to the police station. What im wondering is what exactly the judge can do, the cop DID NOT have me take a breathalizer, and i don't exactly remember being read my mirand rights, but the cop probably did read me them. What are my possible sentences?

What, exactly, are your charges?

Breathalyzer is not mandatory. Cop had probable cause.

The cops don't always have to read you your mirand rights,thats more for written confession and something like that,I would worry more about the 3 pills. Try to ask about a diversion program for the pills,your probably looking at fines,probation and maybe a drug class,also drug test while on probation.

Besides the criminal penalties (fines, community service, jail, probation) you will be given a 6 month license suspension for each charge.

From the sound of your situation it should result in one term of 6 months driver's license suspension.
