My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
My soon to be Ex Wife and I have Domestic Violence Injunctions against either. When she filed her injunction she was temporarily give 100% time sharing. When the final injunctions were put in place, the Lawyers were supposed to work out a time sharing schedule until the dissolution court could rule.
Her lawyer is being uncooperative and from what I understand advised his client to remove our daughter from her long time daycare and put her in daycare that I am not privy to. (We have a no contact clause in the injunction so I can't just call and find out)
My lawyer is telling me to be patient and this type of action is very much frowned on by the court. (Win the war, not a particular battle)
There has been a Guardian Ad Litem appointed in this case due to my Ex being an alcoholic. I made her aware of the situation today when she called to ask why my daughter hasn't been in daycare the last 4 days.
Obviously my wife isn't supposed to be "hiding" the child from me.
What can I do? I haven't seen my child in a week. Before this I cared for her typically 5 days a week.
