Exclamation Child Support After Age 18 if the Child Moves Out

Curious.... In NY, child support goes until 21. If they are legally allowed to move out at 18, is child support affected? The age to move out in most states is 18 (19 in a couple) but it seems the NY is a bit different. Any insight?

We can't read your child support order from here.

If it says you support the child through college, you do so.

    It depends on the situation.

    Is the child in college?

Is the child living completely on thier own, not going to college?
