    Default Unemployment Benefits

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: California and Wisconsin.
My husband and I live in differnet states now due to our jobs. If my husband quits his job and moves to California, where I have a job, would he be eligible for unemployment benefits? If I quit my job and move to Wisconsin, would I be eligible for unemplyment benefits? Please advise. I need reference to the source, please.

If you leave California to be with your spouse, you may be eligible for UI. See Table I on page 5 of this document.

Your husband would not be eligible for UI from WI if he moved to California.
