My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: california.
today i got a ticket 22350 cvc for going per to police 40 in an 25 zone. how much would a fine like this be? can i fight it and win? also this is my first ticket besides a fix it ticket.

The fine will be approximately $212... If you are eligible for traffic school and do opt to go that route, it will cost you an additional $49 fee to the court.

Sure you can fight it but whether you will win is a completely different story. You have not provided enough information to make that determination either way. For starters, was this (25mph zone) in a residential area/school zone... etc?
