My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Maryland
I looked in my personnel file recently and found 2 NCA's.
First is a NCA I signed in 1992. I recall signing that one.
Second is a NCA dated 2007 and with a forgery of my signature.
I dont recall signing any NCA in 2007.
Assuming the forged NCA is invalid, can it be leveraged against the other to render it invalid?
