    Default Texas Class C Misdemeanor

In October of 09' i plead guilty to a class c misdemeanor of drug paraphernalia in a justice of the peace office, i have heard in the state of Texas you do not need to declare class c misdemeanors on job applications, and in case that isn't true what steps, if any, could i take to get this charge removed from my record.

If you received a deferred sentence you can seek an expunction. Following any conviction, Texas only allows expunction after you get a pardon.

i don't believe i received a deferred sentence, i plead guilty because i had no idea the repercussions of it, all i did was walk into a JOP office sign some papers, pay the money and leave, the only person i ever talked to was a clerk.
