My question involves paternity law for the State of: OREGON

I have a one month old baby. My boyfriend is on her birth certificate and signed a Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity(VAP). We found out through "curiosity DNA testing" that he is not the Biological father. We knew this to be a possibility, however he would like to remain the legal guardian.

The biological father is aware that he may be the father. He does not yet know that he is. Since my boyfriend signed the B-Cert and the VAP, what rights does the biological father have?

Can my boyfriend legally adopt the child without the bio-fathers knowledge?

Am I legally obligated to inform the biological father?

Thank you for your help.
If the biological father contests paternity he will win. You should really think twice about the deception & fraudulent act you are about to commit.
