Is second degree robbery a strike able offense. The D.A. offered my son a deal and the deal was plead guity to second degree robbery and all the other charges will be dropped. I'm stressed out thinking it might be a strikeable offense. Please Help
Second degree robbery is a strike able offense in California Usually there is a weapons enhancement that goes along with it if a weapon was used in the commission of the offense California Penal Code 212.5 defines the difference between first and second degree robbery . P.C. 211 & 212 define robbery
You can find the California Penal Code here http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/ca...ebody=&hits=20
