depends if it's charged as misdeameanor or a felony. I believe the strike applies to violent offenses. In either case, if it's a felony he's gonna have his life ruined pretty much.

i have a question for those who have been convicted on class 2 felony robbery. if a person is accusing you and 2 friends of robbing them ( for $117) what type of evidence is used against you to convict you. i mean how can you prove you were robbed?

Second degree robbery is a strike able offense in California Usually there is a weapons enhancement that goes along with it if a weapon was used in the commission of the offense California Penal Code 212.5 defines the difference between first and second degree robbery . P.C. 211 & 212 define robbery
You can find the California Penal Code here http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/ca...ebody=&hits=20
