Default Reporting a DUI on a Job Application

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington
I was stopped for a Dui and charged in court with reckless driving in the first degree. The DOL suspended my liscence for 90 days for the DUI.
I now have my liscence back and want to know how to answer a question on a job app. about if I have ever been convicted of a driving offense such as a Dui.
Do I go by what the DOL has or the court system.

You were convicted of a DUI, yes? Suspension for 90 days is not given to the innocent.

You answer yes. It didn't go away when you got your license back.
