My question involves a roommate in the State of: Georgia

I'm a male, and have a female friend who will most likely be moving in. Currently she is not employed, although she says she will find work. She also has a felony conviction, a misdemeanor conviction, both for controlled substances, and a DUI with two pending DUI's. As a result she will not be able to drive legally or obtain a license for at least 3 years.

She will be moving into my home, which I own. The home does not have a mortgage and is in my name only.

If things go badly after she moves in, how difficult will it be to have her leave, she will not be paying rent only half the food expenses. Will it involve evictions or any other legal matters?
