Emancipation in Washington State

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Washington.

I am almost 17. I live with my mother and step father. My father has been emotionally and mentally abusive with me for many years. He is an alcoholic and drinks every day that I am with him.

I have a job and maintain honor roll grades in advanced placement classes.

My mother is agreeable to my being emancipated. What are the chances I will be granted emancipation if my father contests it? If he does contest it how to I go about proving that denying emancipation will be harmful to me?

I have a declaration form my boss and my mother in support of my action.

Does your job provide you with a sufficient income to pay all your own rent, food, clothing, utilities, medical care, transportation, insurance, school fees and supplies, and all the other necessities of life, alone and unassisted? While simultaneously keeping up with your schoolwork?

And if you live with your mother and step father, how are your father's actions relevant to harm coming to you if you are not emancipated?

I am required to spend every other weekend at his house by the parenting plan that is in place.

It sounds to me as if you would be better served by having your mother go back to court and ask for a modification of the visitation order, than you would be by trying to get emancipated.

I take it that the answer to my first question is, No?
