Default Emancipation for a 17 Year Old

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Ontario Canada

My daughter is 17 years old, she wants to be emancipated from her father. He is a recently convicted murderer and will be spending the next at least 22 years in prison. The issue is I took her to see him last week so she can get some things off her chest and he would not let her speak at all, he actually had the nerve to give her trouble like she's a 2 year old. I told him to listen to what she has to say and then he can talk and he proceeded to give me hell too. We ended up leaving with the reality of he will never change, he will always be a loser and she wants him out of her life completely. Is it possible to be emancipated from one parent and how would one go about doing it?
