Unhappy International Travel With Drug Warrants

My question involves criminal law for the state of : wisconsin
so i just found out i have warrants issued for distribution of cocaine less than 1-5 grams.class f felonys.
no appearance has been made by law enforcement to know addresses, parents, friends, work sites, etc.
they do say nationwide extradition but thats just common sense i suppose.

    ok heres my question...

i was/am intending on traveling to germany for 3 weeks before i turn myself over to the police and am also saving the money for a lawyer to negotiate that for me as well which is not cheap. Will i be able to obtain a passport and will i be arrested at the terminal? my understanding is that i will be able to exit but will be arrested upon re entry. advice would be helpful in this matter.
    Thank you

If your name is in the State Department's central name check system, you won't get a passport.

To echo our foremost expert, you will likely not be issued a passport.
If you did get one, odds are you would be arrested by Homeland Security at the airport as the warrant is in NCIC and it is nationwide extradition.

Don't ever visit any friends in jail. You will not be visiting them or leaving.

Don't get stopped for anything, your day will be ruined.

Nationwide extradition is not "Common Sense." States can specify the exact limits for extradition by miles, by names of the states, by stating contiguous states and in other ways. There are lots of codes in NCIC for that. No, Wisconsin will not look for you, they will just wait for you to be stopped or have some other interaction with the system.

P.S. Some US allies, such as Canada, also have access to NCIC and I know for certain, if you tried to enter Canada they will either block your entry and/or arrest you on the spot.
