Default "Carhopping" in the State of North Carolina

My question involves criminal law for the state of: North Carolina
    Age: 17
    First offense

    5 people involved (fake names)
    me- alex 17
    andrew- 18
    tom - 19
    susan - 16
    norton - 12

This past fall i went to jail for 10 days with a bond of $50,000 which got dropped to $3,000. I have been out of school for 1 year and it has been 6 months since i have been out of jail. I have been sitting at my house doing NOTHING and i mean nothing no drugs no nothing. I live with my brother and have no transportation for school or work. I WANT TO GET INTO SCHOOL AND WORK AS SOON AS IM 18 AND CAN DRIVE SOOOOOOOOOO BAD. For andrew this is his 5th offense ( the driver of the car). We stole im not sure but approximently 3000-5000 dollars from checking door handles and stealing stuff inside cars. I only stole sunglasses, mma fighting gloves, and 1 gps. What do you guys think will happen? What do you think andrew will get?

So basically, you were a member (a leader?) of a group of hooligans who broke into a lot of cars, and stole a lot of stuff? To support your drug habit?

You didn't tell us about the charges that have been filed against you. Talk to your criminal defense lawyer. See if you can track down a copy of your state's sentencing guidelines.
