Ok... here is the scenario. I was recently caught shoplifting from Kohl's. While there I grabbed a cart and proceeded to walk towards the shoe section. I noticed in the front end of the cart a kohls bag sitting there. In a moment of bad judgement and reasoning I started to randomly throw stuff into the bag. The total of goods came to about $147.00. I proceeded to leave and a LPO cut me off at the door. I realized what I had done and reverted to panic mode. I shoved the LPO and tried to run. He caught up to me - tackled me - and a wrestling match ensued. Me ...being lighter of the two.. sustained scrapes/cuts/and bruises from the encounter. I was arrested and now charged with retail burgalry rather then theft-shoplifting. I have a spotless record - totally clean. No reason for this kind of behavior to occur on my behalf. My lawyer told me to get a psych evaluation. Here is some of my burden that I am shouldering prior to my event..... I have three children under the age of 7 ---- I am full caregiver to my grandmother who is 92 with alsheimers --- My family is living off of my salary solely --- just recently started new medication for high blood pressure. The psychiatrist stated in his report from the test that I was given that I am suffering from stress related issues and that this might be a factor in my unjust actions. It will be submitted into the court proceedings. My question is... what do you think my outcome-sentence be :?: :?: :?:
