These charges are pretty serious, from what i believe, especially here in maryland. I know this kid very well and it is out of character for him to do this. As i was told he was convinced to go and do this with other kids that are not of the best crowd. Also as explained by my associate, he did not do half of the things on this list. This is supposed to go to trial in a couple of months in the circuit court.
- What are we up against here?
- What is the best way to start working on this case?
- what is the normal scenario ending here?
Thank you very much for any help we can get.
