    Arrow Disorderly Conduct, PC 647(F)

My question involves criminal law for the state of: california

So I was issued a 647(f) last night when I was partying. I am unsure if they did a breath annalysor test, but I dont think they did. I went to jail till this morning and they released me. It is my first encounter with the law besides auto tickets. So my question is what are my charges going to be if im found guilty? should i hire a lawyer? Are they going to suspend my license? what should i do next?

Default Re: Trying to Figure Out PC 647(F)

    Quote Quoting CPC 647(f)
Every person who commits any of the following acts is guilty of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor:
    (f) Who is found in any public place under the influence of intoxicating liquor, any drug, controlled substance, toluene, or any combination of any intoxicating liquor, drug, controlled substance, or toluene, in a condition that he or she is unable to exercise care for his or her own safety or the safety of others, or by reason of his or her being under the influence of intoxicating liquor, any drug, controlled substance, toluene, or any combination of any intoxicating liquor, drug, or toluene, interferes with or obstructs or prevents the free use of any street, sidewalk, or other public way.
It's a misdemeanor charge. It wouldn't hurt to consult a lawyer. Were you too intoxicated to clearly remember what happened? Are you a minor?
