Default Should Wife Divulge Work Experience in G-325a, Bio Info I-485 10 D and E

I am filing an I-130 for my wife.

She entered on a tourist visa 4 years ago, stayed, worked, and payed taxes.

I-485 instructions #10 D. and E. state that she is ineligible.

When should we file the I-485 ?

penalties? will she have to leave?

Seriously - you're asking if you should lie on a petition you file with the USCIS? Sure... if you want to be subject to a lifetime bar against reentry. Otherwise no, it would be a very stupid thing to do.
