Default Answering Questions About Arrests After ACD, Expungement

New York: You have an ACD, which in New York's law means that your statue as before is retained, and if there's no conviction it is not an arrest, and the arrest records can be expunged.

If on job applications, you are asked, "Have you been arrested before?", you should be able to say "No". Right?

    Thanks.

What do you mean by "statute"? If you mean "status"... what status are you talking about?
