This is a legal forum. But he has to answer the following questions.
1. How much up front will it cost to do this business?
2. What are the legal requirements and costs? Insurance, licensing, etc.?
3. How is he going to find customers?
4. How much competition is there in this business.
5. Is there something in Nevada law that compells people to use this business and how can that be leveraged.
6. On what basis is he going to compete? Price, skills, speed? How is he going to get that information to potential customers?
7. Why would anyone hire him as opposed to all the other companies doing this?
If you are considering providing funding for this business, I seriously suggests he does his homework and write a business plan before you give him a dime or anyone else does.
That's not really a legal question. There's a lot of information available on the Nevada Small Business Development Center website.
Thank you fro that web site.
