    Default Filing Bankruptcy on Your Own

    My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Virginia

    I was wondering how to file bankrupsy yourself or maybe a cheap way to get it done, I owe about 10k in bills that i cannot pay.

    Please help!

    I would highly recommend calling around to a few attorneys and finding one or two who offer a consultation at no charge.

    You'll find forms and instructions on how to complete the forms, as well as an overview of how bankruptcy works, on the bankruptcy court website. There are likely also a number of "do it yourself" manuals available from vendors like Nolo.
