Your lawyer warned you that if you filed a lawsuit it might run afoul of a SLAPP law (a "Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation", intended to burden the rights of the defendants), potentially subjecting you to sanctions? And you want to file it anyway?

You should be able to find a practitioner's guide for Georgia pretrial procedure, outlining how to prepare and file a lawsuit, in an area law school library and perhaps in the county law library.
