Default Wanting to Increase Visitation Time

    State of Florida

I already have shared parental responsibility and have visitation every other weekend, half the summer and half of thankgiving day and christmas day, but I would like to have extra time.

The custodial parent will not allow this and told me to take her to court if I want more time. How likely will I get 50/50 equal time share. She has moved twice and further away from me but I live closer to the child's current school. I pay my child support and do not want to reduce child support just want more time with my child.

50/50 equal is unlikely if both parents don't agree.

You already have standard visitation; by all means speak with a local attorney though.
