Exclamation Do You Need Picture ID to Sign a Birth Certificate

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Michigan.

When I have my daughter, does her father need a picture id of some sort to sign the birth certificate?

Default Re: Picture ID for Signing Birth Certificate

If you're not married, it's quite possible that the notary will want to see ID before he signs the acknowledgment of paternity.
