Default Almost Caught Shoplifting At Target

i recently went to target, was gona buy a $2 item, but i forgot my wallet. so being stupid, i figured why not and try to lift it. as i did it a guy came around the isle and said, "put it back and leave, they got lots of nice camera's here." u think he was LP? he was carrying a bucket, and looked ragged.

but i put back the glue and left the store.

shud i be worried about anything? im being paranoid right now.

You don't realistically need to worry about being prosecuted; they don't even have enough information to serve you with a civil demand. But if you're to the point of shoplifting $2 items, you do need to worry about whether your conduct is going to get you stuck with a criminal record the next time you try to steal.
