My question involves restraining orders in the State of: New York
I am a survivor of domestic violence in short. I had an Family OPP againist husband who repeatdedly violated order. Husband filed OPP againist me in retailiation. I was arrested about five times for violations that I WAS NOT EVEN PRESENT DID NOT HAPPEN. Finally after a year he screwed up and I am now able to prove he filed a false report. I have pictures and camera records which have date and time stamped on them on the day of question. I am handing them over to the police today. He is currently in jail for violating OPP on harrassing 3rd party emails he sent to a friend to "send me a message". He recently (Feb 10) also just plead guilty to B Misdemeaner for another violation of OPP for a January incident (he is a stalker). This time charged with 2 counts for each email of three different PL codes all A Misdemaners and the judge set bail at $1,000. Of course deadbeat no money he remains in jail thank goodness. I'm very afraid he is (mentally unstable). So now we are sent to appear in court next week for the final order for me and family court. Children were place in foster care for three months (because of his false reporting) and were parole to my care. Question what do you think will the judge (Integrated Domestic Violence Judge) will give him as jail time? Will they finally mandate Anger Management? I want nothing to do with this man anymore. I've been trying to hide for so long and he finds me by following me from court and anywhere else he might think me and my children would be?
