im in Arizona
From all I can find, Arizona does not require meal breaks or rest breaks at all. As such, there is no claim based on not allowing you to take breaks or lunches.
Arizona also defaults to federal law for overtime so overtime would apply to hours worked over 40 in one week. From your post, I cannot tell if that was a question you had or not.
Regardless of all that, you must be paid for all hours worked and from your post, I understand that you were not being paid all hours worked.
