    Post Underage Drinking New Jersey

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Jersey

When I was 19(almost 6 years ago), a bunch of my friends and I all received underage drinking tickets at a party, and paid the fines. My friend then went into the military a few months later and they never heard anything about it.
I am starting the process to join the national guard, which leaves me wondering if I should disclose it. There was no arrest, so no fingerprints. So I was wondering if this offense would pop up on the background check? I don't want to throw myself under the bus for a ticket.

    Thanks

Of course you should disclose it. It's most likely a disorderly persons offense under NJSA 2C:33-15.
