Hi,

My H1b visa is in the 4th year currently, the consulting company I was employed with had financial trouble since the Q3 of 2009. Due to which we hadn't been receiving pay for almost 6 months ( I was never laid off and have a letter from that company stating the amount they owe me), I recently joined another consulting firm who has applied for my H1b this week in premium processing (knowing the entire situation i was in) and if things go through approval is expected next week...

I had been trying for full time positions before I took up the new consulting offer and am getting some response from very good companies for interviews

My question are:

1. Based on my situation, what would be the right way to put forward my case to the interviewing company ?
2. If I do get through the interview and they do make me an offer, and agree to start my H1b processing in coming 1-2 weeks, I wont have 2-3 paystubs as required for H1b transfer from the new employer will that be a problem for a transfer or previous paystubs?
3. Is it too risky trying to apply for frequent h1b transfers within a month?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
