Emanipation in Canada

Hello my name is Ryan and im From Australia and Im planning to vist my girlfreind in Canada. But there are a few problems you see her parents disaprove of me and the onley way for my girlfreind to come see me when I go to Canada is go with out them knowning. But then the law comes into place because her parents will call the police and a dispatch will be sent out for her and probley think I have kidnapped her witch I havent. In that case she can say I wasent kidnapped I just wanted to be with my boyfreind but the because she is under 18 witch I think in Canada is consided a "Minor" she dosent have a say in what she can and cant do because her parents have legal Gaurdinship over her. Could she get an Emanipation if so how ? or can she get inderpendence ? I have thought of one salution that might work is I think she can acquire a passport at the age of 16 with out parent concent Im not sure tho but any help I would really like if you have any idea's or other ways I could work around this problem please reply or email me my email is northtop_b2@hotmail.com thank you

I doubt that a minor could successfully travel internationally, even with a letter, without parental consent.
